In today’s polarized climate, it often feels easier to say nothing than to risk saying something that could be seen as divisive or controversial. But that silence comes at a cost.

Through exploring the value of gratitude at a community event, learners will develop new insights that support their ability to cultivate gratitude at times when it might feel challenging to be grateful.

By exploring the value of awe, especially how awe might inspire fear yet also feelings of joy and love, learners will have an opportunity to identify how to increase the awe they feel in their lives.
